DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee Policy – Fish
At our company, we are committed to ensuring the health and quality of our fish. All specimens undergo a strict quarantine process of at least 14 days, during which they receive preventive treatment with medications to eliminate parasites and prevent diseases.
DOA Guarantee Conditions:
1. Coverage:
• The guarantee applies only if the fish arrives dead upon delivery (DOA).
• Losses occurring after the fish has been removed from the transport bag will not be recognized, as multiple factors can affect its adaptation to the new environment.
2. Refund:
• In the case of DOA, only the value of the fish will be recognized.
• Shipping costs are not covered under this guarantee.
3. Claim Procedure:
• The death of the fish must be reported within a maximum of 6 hours after delivery.
• Clear photos or videos of the fish still inside the sealed bag must be provided, showing its condition.
• The information must be sent to [email/contact] for evaluation.
4. Exclusions:
• Claims submitted outside the established timeframe will not be recognized.
• The guarantee does not apply if the fish has been released into the buyer’s aquarium or container.
• External factors such as improper acclimation, inadequate water parameters, or post-transport stress are not covered.

Shipping Policy – Fish
We are committed to ensuring that our fish arrive at their destination in the best possible condition. To achieve this, we follow strict packaging and shipping protocols to minimize stress and transportation risks.
Shipping Conditions:
1. Order Processing:
• Orders received before 10:00 a.m. can be shipped the same day.
• Orders received after this time will be shipped on the next available business day.
2. Packaging and Protection:
• Fish are shipped in insulated boxes to minimize the impact of temperature fluctuations.
• Each fish is packed under optimal conditions to survive up to 48 hours from the moment it is bagged.
3. Shipping Capacity:
• Each box can hold 2 to 4 fish, depending on the size of each specimen.
• We can combine shipments with different species.
